It is interesting, that Wieliczka Salt Mine has a great contribution to the expansion of national economy. It is recognized as the most ancient brand from Poland. The predestination of the product was the cause of tagging the barrels with the image of the Royal Eagle. Not only a world class historic monument but also UNESCO World Heritage Site since the year 1978. What are we speaking about? Evidently, that place is nothing but Wieliczka Salt Mine. Auschwitz Birkenau concentration and extermination camp inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List.

Auschwitz extermination camp is currently the alone former German Nazi camp enclosed to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979. The museum is placed in the little town Oświęcim not far away from the City of Krakow.
